Shipping

We offer shipping only within Canada and the United States at this time.

We pack up and ship orders through Canada Post within 2-3 business days after placing your order (orders placed before 12:00pm PST).

We will send you a tracking number to track your package with Canada Post.

Yes we do! Choose the pick up option in the checkout. In-store pick ups are available approx. 2 days after purchase - just wait for your email notification that says it's ready and show your ID to the cashier.

Returns

  1. Returns/exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
  2. The returned item must be unworn/unused, in its original condition.
  3. This policy applies to online purchases made through maddogsskiandboard.ca, please contact us if you wish to return an in-store purchase or have any further questions.
  4. No refunds on sale items. Exchange or in-store credit only.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your purchase is eligible for a refund, it will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
